Data practices
VANTAGE 360 TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, trading as Vantage Templates, is responsible for the personal data we use to run this website and respond to you. Contact support@vantagetemplates.com about privacy requests.
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. For purchase and support help, we may use your order reference and the information needed to identify and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, API keys or unnecessary personal information.
We use enquiry information to reply and take steps you request before a purchase, on the basis of preparing to enter a contract at your request. We use necessary support/order information to perform our contract with you; necessary security/dispute records for our legitimate interests in protecting the business and resolving issues; and required legal/accounting records to meet legal obligations.
The current website offers email links, with no contact form or newsletter signup. Contacting support does not subscribe you to marketing. Information needed to identify your purchase or understand your request may be necessary for us to help; unrelated information is optional.

Service providers
Framer hosts this website and supplies its built-in site analytics, which Framer describes as cookie-free. Framer also handles technical information needed to deliver and protect its service. Its privacy information applies to its own processing.
Our business mailbox is hosted with SiteGround. Messages pass through your email service and our mailbox service. We use the information to handle your request.
If you purchase through a Lemon Squeezy checkout, Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout and transaction as merchant of record. It collects the information required for payment and billing under its own buyer terms/privacy information. We use the order and customer information made available to us as supplier to verify template access, provide support and handle purchase/refund enquiries.

Contact and rights
We retain routine closed enquiry and support emails for 12 months after the last reply. Relevant records may be retained longer for unresolved issues or required legal/accounting obligations. We do not retain unrelated information simply because a support request exists.
Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights are not absolute. Email support@vantagetemplates.com; you may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Links to Framer demos and other services open those services, whose privacy information applies to their processing. We will update this notice when the actual setup changes.
