Licence scope
Contractor Growth is licensed for one permitted website project. You may customise the supplied design, structure and components as reasonably needed for that project and use it commercially or for your own business within that project. A separate purchase is required for each additional website or client engagement. The two homepage options belong to the same permitted project.
Paid Framer Community content is governed by the applicable Framer Single-Use Commercial License, including its restrictions on transfer and sublicensing. This summary does not replace those terms or expand their permissions. For direct purchases outside Community, the grant provides limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable one-project scope, subject to payment and compliance.
Do not share/publish the private purchase or remix link, resell or redistribute the template as a standalone asset, make it available on a competing marketplace, use it in multiple projects/websites/products/client engagements or create competing templates/themes/design assets. Retain required notices. The template is licensed, not sold; original template rights remain with Vantage Templates. Font/icon licences apply separately to those materials.
The handbook describes remix and Project Transfer as technical handover tools for a customised client project. They do not transfer the original template’s intellectual property or add content-licence transfer/sublicensing rights beyond the applicable terms. Neither party gains permission to reuse the template for a second project.

Support scope
Six months of setup guidance and help with supplied-template defects is included from purchase. Email support@vantagetemplates.com with the order reference, affected page, browser/device and steps showing the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or API keys.
We aim to reply within two business days, Monday–Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Custom design/development, content entry and unrelated third-party integrations are excluded. This is a reply target, not a guaranteed resolution deadline.
Fixes released for the purchased template version are made available through the original purchase link. No future-feature, separate-major-release or lifetime-maintenance promise is made. Your copy does not automatically receive or merge changes; keep a recoverable copy before applying fixes. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds and consumer rights
If the template is unsuitable, contact support@vantagetemplates.com within 14 days of purchase to request a voluntary goodwill refund, with the order reference. This offer is additional to mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or undelivered digital content.
Once a full voluntary goodwill refund is completed, permission to continue using the refunded template ends. Stop new use, remove template-derived published sites and delete editable copies under your control. If a client already owns the project, tell us before processing so the required steps can be agreed with the project owner. We do not remotely delete projects or promise automatic revocation of copied files.
This continued-use condition applies to the voluntary goodwill offer. It does not restrict mandatory cancellation rights/remedies or their legal consequences. A partial price reduction does not automatically end the licence for the retained project.
For purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy, transaction/refund processing follows its applicable process and buyer terms. Its documented discretionary refund powers are not replaced by this goodwill offer. No fixed processing time is promised.
